Who we are

Arista Capital Holdings Limited is a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, The AXIS, 26 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Republic of Mauritius. We are the controller of the personal data described here under the Data Protection Act 2017. You can reach us at info@arista-capital.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the type of enquiry and your message. To keep automated spam out, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics.

Why we use it

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry, and, if you ask us to act for you, to take the steps needed before we agree terms. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers handle your details on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and checks form submissions; Resend, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox; and Google, which provides our email. Some of them process data outside Mauritius, under safeguards required by data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@arista-capital.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
