Common questions
What kinds of investment do you make?
We invest through equity, quasi-equity (such as preference shares and convertible instruments) and debt. We also commit capital to private equity and venture capital funds whose strategies match ours.
Do you take a seat on the board?
Usually, where the size of our holding makes it appropriate. We exercise our rights as a shareholder actively, including voting and taking part in corporate actions, restructurings and exits.
What support do portfolio companies receive?
Beyond capital, we can provide intragroup financing and treasury, strategic, governance and administrative support. What we offer depends on what the company needs.
Do you manage money for outside investors?
No. Arista Capital Holdings Limited invests solely on its own account and does not manage or invest money for clients.
